In person or Online?
Joining CPO Outlook in person will mean taking part in multiple networking sessions. Round table discussions and workshops as well as a dinner and break networking is possible. Joining Online mean taking part in demos and customer cases as well as being able to network connecting with others sharing your interests. The In Person and Online summit are two different experiences. Joining in person give you access to the Online sessions too, joining Online does not give you access to round table discussions or workshops.
If you can EBG recommend joining in person, there will not be round table discussions held online.
All who join CPO Outlook 2022 will be invited to join EBG | Community after the summit where conversations can continue.
During registration you choose how you want to join. Choosing Online can be upgraded to In Person if there is space left.
Theme Discussions in Stockholm
As the Theme Discussion option link is sent out you can choose which you want to attend. You may change your mind until a session is fully booked – you may also change your mind during the day if there is space left.
EBG will connect you as groups having chosen the same session prior to the summit. Giving both You and each moderator a chance to prepare.
EBG encourage you to prepare questions and send them in together with experience You would like to share with the group!
All EBG ask of you attending is that you join (based on choices you make) the Theme Discussions available.
Registration is binding but you can replace your presence – physically or online – with a senior colleague at any time (the same if you have received a no cost ticket). If EBG | Network need to cancel the conference, tickets will be credited a future or re-scheduled conference.
EBG is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event.
If you have received a ticket from an Expert Organization the registration is binding but you can substitute your attendance with a senior colleague.
If you have receive a no cost ticket and do not join the summit nor send a colleague instead of you, EBG will invoice 3 000 sek.
The Onsite conference registration include
Two days conference, lunch, dinner and incredible networking opportunities. All sessions during the Online summit will be available as well as the follow up Online platform being included.
Should people be prohibited to meet in person EBG will enable all sessions online.
The Online conference registration include
Online conference consisting of demos and customers cases and the opportunity to connect with others sharing the same interests as you from across Europe.
Changes in the program
Occasionally changes beyond EBGs control is needed such as change of speaker/moderator, timing etc.
Your registration details (name/company/title, switch board number/email address) are only shared with conference expert organizations. They may contact you – who they are can be viewed under Expert Organizations which is updated continuously until the day of the conference.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “unforeseen events” means any cause beyond EBGs reasonable control including, but not limited to, internet failure or breakdown, online tool crashes, pandemics, acts of terrorism, governmental requirements, acts of local or central government or other competent authorities and industrial disputes.
EBG shall not be liable to you for failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions or in relation to your booking to the extent that the failure is caused by unforeseen events.
Should we be prohibited to meet in person in October all sessions including Theme Discussions (round table discussions) will be held online.
Photography during the conference
EBG may take photos during the summit (also online!) and possibly others themselves. If you do NOT want to be photographed please email anna(at)ebgnetwork.com and we will do our best to prevent any photos of you being published. We cannot however guarantee it.
All prices are excl. 25% VAT which will be added to EU and non EU tickets too due to new regulations since 2019.

Only business registrations and business e-mails will be accepted, no hotmail/gmail or other non-business e-mail will be accepted. You may substitute your presence with a colleague at any time, send an email to lars(at)ebgnetwork.com
EBG | Network do not send out paper invoices. A PDF invoice or e-invoice can be issued – or you can pay via credit card. Credit card payments are made via Payson. Payment is to be received prior to the conference dates. An invoice is sent upon registration, payment terms 30 days for registrations made until September 1st, after that 20 days or less.
