Thank you for registering for CPO Outlook. Here’s what you need to know.
What’s Included
Your registration covers the two-day summit in Stockholm, including lunch, networking opportunities, and access to the Post Summit Page for recaps and materials.
Theme Discussions
You’ll receive a link to choose your preferred sessions. You can change your selections until a session is fully booked, or even during the day if space is available.
We connect participants beforehand so both you and the moderators can prepare. We encourage you to send questions and experiences you’d like to share with the group.
Registration & Substitution
All registrations are binding with no cancellations. If you’re unable to attend for any reason—including illness or scheduling conflicts—you’re welcome to send a colleague in your place. Simply email us and we’ll arrange the transfer.
Paid tickets are non-refundable. Complimentary ticket holders who don’t attend or send a substitute will be invoiced SEK 3,000.
Contact us about substitutionsIf EBG Cancels
If we need to cancel the event, your ticket will be credited toward a future or rescheduled summit. If in-person gatherings are prohibited, all sessions will move online.
EBG is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from event changes or cancellation.
Payment
We issue PDF or e-invoices upon registration. Payment can also be made by card via Payson. No paper invoices are sent.
Payment terms: 30 days for registrations before September 1st, 20 days thereafter. Payment must be received before the summit.
Only business email addresses are accepted for registration.
VAT
Swedish 25% VAT applies to all tickets per EU regulations (since January 2022). This VAT is reclaimable for businesses. Learn more about VAT refunds.
Your Data
Your registration details (name, company, title, email) are shared with our Expert Organizations, who may contact you. You can view current partners on our Expert Organizations page.
We’ll also send you invitations to webinars and information about CPO Outlook, Source 2 Pay Summit, and Sourcing Outlook. Opt out anytime via the links in our emails or by contacting gdpr(at)ebgnetwork.com.

Photography
We photograph the summit for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, email anna(at)ebgnetwork.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Program Changes
Occasionally, changes beyond our control require adjustments to speakers, timing, or content.
