Built on a Simple Belief
In 2010, Anna Bjärkerud saw a gap in how large organizations approached procurement transformation. Strategies were being developed in silos. Technology was being implemented without addressing the human side of change. Cross-functional collaboration was talked about but rarely practiced.
With a background in behavioral science, Anna understood that lasting change doesn’t come from presentations — it comes from people sitting down together, sharing what actually works, and learning from each other’s experiences. That insight became the foundation of EBG | Network.
Today, Anna and Lars Bjärkerud continue to develop this network of practitioners and experts. Every summit we create is grounded in the same principle: enable great people to learn from each other in a way that’s informal yet focused, honest yet constructive.
