*Dinner can be canceled until 7 days prior to the summit. After that canceling will require EBG to invoice cost price 990 sek + VAT independent of reason for not joining and even if it was included in the ticket investment. Dinner is not included in a no cost ticket or when a 30% or more discount is applied
Consultant?
Consultants/system providers invest 17 990 sek (contact EBG if you are unsure) A practitioner is someone working in sourcing, procurement or finance or equal in a corporation (not sales selling to a buying organization for instance)

Payment terms
EBG invoice with 30 days payment terms (until September 1st, after that 20 days or less), >>view the Terms & Conditions
As an SME EBG do not have the bandwidth to fill in lengthy supplier account request forms to be paid for a delegate seat. Pay with credit card if such forms are needed for EBG to send you an invoice for a delegate fee (or find the information needed via the above ToC link).
Registration is binding but you can substitute your presence with a colleague at any time.
VAT
EU regulation in effect from January 2022: B2B services in respect of admission to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar events will be taxed at the place where those events actually take place [Article 53 of the VAT Directive]
