Vicky Kavan is a Director in the Procurement Executive Advisory practice at The Hackett Group, where she supports global procurement leaders in driving transformation, aligning operating models to evolving business needs, and maximizing the value of digital investments. With over 15 years of experience across industry and consulting, she brings deep expertise in procurement strategy, sourcing, governance, and supplier management.
Before joining Hackett, Vicky held senior roles at Proxima, Accenture, and 4C Associates, working across sectors including media, legal, FMCG, telecom, and oil & gas. She has led large-scale transformation initiatives, managed complex outsourcing partnerships, and helped procurement functions mature their strategic capabilities. Her work has spanned global sourcing operations, category leadership, PMO governance, and performance management.
Vicky is also a strong advocate for purpose-driven leadership and sustainability, having designed CSR programs and served in voluntary and trustee roles. She brings a collaborative mindset and a commitment to unlocking procurement’s full potential as a strategic partner to the business.
