Emma is Head of Purchasing Development & Digitalization at NCC. Prior she was responsible for NCC Group’s purchasing systems and she supported in driving the digital transformation of the Source to Pay process at NCC.
With support from her team in 4 countries they aimed to provide insights based on data from our purchasing systems in order to vizualize NCC’s purchasing behavior and support the decision making. The team was also delivering value to the organization by supporting the end-users and collecting requirements for new functionality and future development.
