Björn Borgman is a Partner within Management Consulting at KPMG.
Björn has worked as a management consultant mainly in efficiency, process, purchasing and organizational development for over 20 years.
He has actively worked in and led more than 60 consulting assignments, nationally and internationally, thereby creating a good understanding of success factors and risks organizations face in change and efficiency work.
Björn continuously develops his experiences across many industries, which has given him an understanding of the differences – and similarities – that organizations in different industries face, and their strategies for dealing with these challenges.
He has experience of leading and working in telecom, grocery trade, industrial production, the investment-heavy industries around energy, steel and mines, in the public sector (county councils, municipalities and authorities), as well as in the financial sectors of banking and insurance.
